Review on πŸ–€ High-Performance Leatt GPX 2.0 Race HF Hydration Pack in Striking Red and Black by Sean Maples

Mostly good, bad bite valve

Last weekend backpacked for the first time to race. Love the fit system, I think it's competitive and maybe better than the USWE packs which have gotten cheaper in quality lately. I can't describe how awesome it was to drink this type of water during a 2 hour desert race because the best I could do was take small sips due to the bad bite valve design. I would do anything but chew this thing to get a good long drink. You might find a catch if you search again, but I've been using hydration packs for years and never had to look again. Also, I have a cap on the bite valve, but it's big and bulky, I would never wear it during a race. They're not easy to remove, so I just cut them off. The little things tell me how good a product is. We'll see how the packaging holds up over time, but I'll probably just replace the bite valve with another from a different manufacturer.
