Pros: Definitely stretches your back and gives you a few different settings to help you adjust. He is durable. I highly recommend starting at the lowest tier before leveling up. I would like to give 5 stars for the pain relief but feel like it was too much for me at times due to back pain. I'll say I still have it today because on days when my back is really tight I can use it and feel like it's doing what it's supposed to do. Cons: It can be difficult to adjust the settings as you move to higher tiers.
