I'm a mechanic and an outdoor enthusiast. I work inside and outside every day. I'm also 6ft 5in and 315. I'm tough on shoes. My legs are worn out from 40 years of work. These boots are dry. comfortable and warm in our Virginia winters. I usually wear my boots on in 8 months, but that's not Carhartt's fault. I wear these all the time from October to April. They are so comfortable and support my feet and ankles so they hurt less. Great boots. Carhartt please keep them in production because there is nothing like it (I've searched a lot)
