Improved texture
I've been using this shampoo and conditioner for a few months now. Although this product greatly improved my hair's texture, it did not make my hair thicker. The positive thing is that my hair is a little stronger and shinier again. I hope my hair will grow thicker over time. I think these foods help, but people also need to reconsider their diets and take supplements. My only negative comment is that the conditioner can irritate the skin. My skin is overly sensitive, especially to oils of any kind. I pamper my hair first and then shampoo. I like.
