Some cons: I didn’t figure it out: the adjustment of the gap between the panels, depending on the thickness of the dish being cooked, is regulated by a plastic part (in this case, the resource of the part will be incomparably low, compared to such a solid product as a whole, again not cheap), or is it a metal part with protective plastic handle, so as not to burn your hand when adjusting. In the first case, this would overshadow the impression of the grill.
