I have used it across Europe to avoid losing my money or ID. It's not good for holding passports (that's what I bought it for) because you see a large fitted rectangle where the pocket is. It's better for small things like credit cards and cash. At the bottom you need to attach the pocket part and put the second loop of the scarf over it for better hiding. Looks good, the quality of the zipper is very good so I don't have much to complain about except that I only had to carry my passports in my backpack, which I really didn't want to do.
