It would be nice if all the fasteners were included. My contractor was only able to hang one of the three because the other two didn't have brackets. Missed return windows because we didn't open them until he was ready to put them in at the end of a full bathroom renovation. Dissatisfied. The one that is beautiful, heavy and of high quality. Update: after using all my negotiating skills, and believe me it took all my skills, the Revains retail team agreed to send me two replacement units. Initially they wanted me to pay for shipping even though it was the manufacturer's fault for not sending me what I needed to install the rings. New replacement rings arrived today and don't you know one of the rings was great? But the other one still had no fasteners and it was in a bag with a sticker saying Revain was being tested. I called and they said they can't send me a replacement at the moment but after I sent the product back with free return shipping they of course refund the money which they didn't want to do before. Actually I'd rather have a replacement ring with mounting hardware or ask them to just send me mounting hardware, but after three tries I'll take a refund and maybe just tick a few ticks where I was going to put the third ring.
