Unfortunately I somehow received a product that turned out to be a fake. Most of the protective seals were lost (not just broken) on the powders, some accessories were missing (nail file and cuticle remover), there was what appeared to be a powder on the brush as if it had been used, one of the bottles appeared to have leaked, when the hardened contents caused the foam to stick to the box and the packaging box looked like it had known better days outside. It was the first thing that struck me. I've ordered a replacement and hope for good luck next time! In the many years of ordering from Revain I've rarely been disappointed and my other purchase of Beetles gel polish was fine so hopefully it's just coincidence. I think if I get a non-fake package with a replacement (like I chose this time instead of a refund) I'll probably like it! ❤️ #hopefulUpdate: 11/02/21 I received the replacement kit today and it arrived quickly with no problems! This package has been fully sealed in a box with additional cardboard cover. All boxes were in pristine condition and their contents were as advertised. Everything looked unused and clean with tamper evident seals on all powders and no leaks in any of the bottles! Thanks for the quick solution to my problem Revain and the Beetles! #grateful ❤️
