These headphones fit perfectly in your ears and stay in them while you run. The sound quality is good for what it is and one of the best true wireless headphones out there. The sound stage is ok, the highs are quite good, for the bass I wouldn't want more than what's already there. I also used it for phone calls and the sound quality on the other end was good too. My main use: workouts, including running. Features I need: stay in ear while moving, stable connection, high quality microphone for phone calls. Features I don't need. Don't: ANC (bad to run), complex touch controls (tried Sennheiser True Wireless and it was bad) What I already have: Jabra 75t, Shure 845 with M2BT1, some other wired big/small headphones etc. I was I'm nervous to read other early reviews but I'm so glad I got mine. People compare to Jabra 75t and complain about it. I have both and vice versa I prefer Bose. The sound is more open and clear. Jabra isn't bad, but the sound is too closed and gives an even smaller soundstage. The Jabra doesn't stay in my ears despite having several different foam tips to try on. As for the bass, I can say they have the signature Bose bass, deep but not heavy. It touches low frequencies a bit, but doesn't buzz. I personally prefer this, although others may need more bass. Overall, for me, they're better than the Jabra in every way. They don't sound as good as my Shure, but serve a different purpose.
