I like that it allows for multiple departments within one account/store to be able use their own branding instead of having all stores in 1 store look same or have no brand at al! It's easy enought if you know how but not so user friendly as others out there (like magento). There are many different ways they can implement some features which makes things confusing when trying t figure them ouut yourself without assistance from someone who knows what your looking fo r specifically because each department has its' way with certain aspects - this does make support difficult sometimes too since everyone thinks differently about implementing such programs etc.- also we were using rapidms before switching over completely however still had issues getting our old client info into new accounts where needed due to differences between 2 systems.
