Graphics. For example, in NFS Rivals sometimes you watch someone's race and you can't even tell if it's a real recording or a game :) Its cons: Gamepads are flimsy, and new ones are expensive. The coating on the sticks quickly peels off and, over time, L2 and R2 also sink.
