I had a lot of expectations for SOKUSIN, but in the end, it didn't live up to them at all. Although they have a large assortment of mobile phones and accessories, the quality of the assistance they provide to customers is significantly low. The customer service representative I spoke with was both unhelpful and unprofessional, and their return policy is extremely stringent, which is extremely annoying. Shop elsewhere for all of your technological requirements to save yourself some bother.
