I was so excited for the price and reviews I always buy based on reviews. Since the purchase I have had many problems. The first of my other packages arrived on my porch in the mail and the one for this one never arrived and said it had been delivered. This means that obviously nobody stole it, otherwise there would not have been a second package and we would have had to be dropped off at the same time. Tell Revane about the awkward phone call. I asked if it was the company's fault because then I don't want to replace it, they said no it's their fault because they ship it and made me refund and then buy again so I had to pay for 2 and wait for my refund until I have the cable. Then I finally received it a day later and was amazed and so excited because it looks strong and thick and beautiful and definitely looked like it would last a long time. After day 2 it started making this high pitched beeping and static noise and had to move it everywhere to get it to work which was difficult since it's so fat. Wow, it's beautiful too! I then said it was $4 with change and all that, I feel bad for calling Amazon about it again so I didn't. now today maybe a week later even both ends that go into the plug are not broken or slipped! . I am so disappointed and will have to call again but I shop on Amazon all the time. I literally love Amazon and Amazon loves me for the amount I spend here and I remember all the news if you return something too many times you might get kicked out for being allowed to shop from them! And I think everything's fine because that one thing makes me look bad. I probably think about it too much, but still I get paranoid when something is broken and doesn't work and I have to return it. I just want a nice, durable and working extra cable!
