To be up front, I have not purchased this brand but am currently working this model. They appear to work great when new but I've seen two fail in the last four months where I replaced the first failed unit with same make/model that was already on hand then it failed two days ago. In both cases, PoE function seems to keep working but the switch side fails/freezes up. Was able to swap around a 24 port version with a 16 port version to get client back up but it will be the last UTT units I will use at the site.Heat may be a factor as both failures were in same spot with units near ceiling but room temp was only near 78° F. But noticed both units felt hot near the exhaust end (left when looking at front).
