Best Customer Service Outstanding Product

The technical support team was very responsive to my questions about how their product would work in our environment, as well as having an open mind when it came time implementing them into production. I have yet to see any other features that we haven't been able use with this solution so far! We are solving several issues related to security of data across multiple applications/users; being tied together through various APIs (Salesforce Commerce Cloud & SalesForce Marketing Automation). The best thing about this tool it’s ease of use, its the best customer service I have ever experienced in my life and that makes me love Haneke Design even more! That was the best part because when you need help or support, they are always there to help you out! It would be great if you could make the app mobile friendly so we can access our data from anywhere. There is nothing wrong with the program itself. We just needed something easy to use for our customers and this fits perfectly.

  • It’s easy to use, very easy to use, and it’s a great program that you can use to help make the life of our customers and their customers an easy and more customer friendly
Cons
  • I would love for it to be more mobile friendly so that we can access our data from anywhere, it would help our customers see the data that we need to help them through their customer service
