Setup took too long. Bluetooth connectivity is cumbersome and is best done with a smartphone app. pull the thing out of your ears to avoid deafness. The noise cancellation is acceptable but not very good. Poor microphone quality, especially when walking or near moderate background noise. Intermittent loss of signal in one ear. Phone calls only come out of the right earphone. buy returns.
