The best part about working with this organization is that they really get to know you! They are very thorough in their process for hiring so I don't feel like it's just another job interview where there isn’t much thought put into what kind or type position will be right fit me at work (or home!). Also being able communicate clearly via email means we can pick up each other when one person has some personal time off from normal business hours - which makes things more efficient overall since both people aren't left waiting around during those times without resolution/communication happening fast enough-which leads back again towards efficiency!
