Cup holder falls out when moving

I bought this to work from my bed. It is good for laptop use and writing or reading. However, every time I moved it, the cup holder and tablet stand fell out. It's really annoying, so I sent it back. If you agree you always have a cup holder or tablet stand now then this is great for you - good leg room and very durable.
