My 2/12 year old's head is on the smaller side, and I'm still going to have to use bobby pins to secure it to her head since this was a last minute addition to a Halloween costume. It does have a re-sizeable strap, but even on the largest option, it is still extremely small. Would highly discourage ordering for anyone but an infant.
