Review on 🎙️ AK-35 Microphone Arm by Aokeo - Suspension Boom Scissor Arm Stand for Blue Yeti, Blue Snowball iCE, QuadCast, Elgato by Dennis Brinson

First thing I would like to say is that this is a scissor arm capable of supporting the weight of the Blue Yeti - a fantastic but notoriously heavy mic. Easy to install, nicely built, great instructions including an overview of the problem with some old Blue Yetis that were made with the wrong screw size. It even included a small roll of duct tape just in case, which I think was more than most companies would offer. The readjustment is easy, the whole system makes a very solid impression. Load capacities are set quickly and easily by simply removing a pair of springs and moving a screw. The default configuration is for light to medium mics, but if you have a Blue Yeti and want to set it up for a heavier load, it makes a world of difference. The included instruction manual is very clear on how to do this and the whole process takes 5 minutes at most. Overall I am incredibly happy with my purchase and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great value recording hand. gear from your desk!
