I bought this a few months ago to glue a plastic T molding to some tables I've built. I'm a seasoned professional miller, not someone who doesn't do it enough to know how not to use tools. Anyway, I finally had the opportunity to work on my project. Loaded a 1/16" bit into my 1.5 HP porter cable and did a few test runs. Then we started cutting grooves in the workpiece. After about 10 minutes I felt something was wrong and passed out. The Blade was badly deformed, the paint was peeling off. I've never seen it happen so quickly with ANY cutting blade in almost 40 years! It's complete garbage! It almost ruined my work.
