The size chart mentioned is for Labradors, measured after ordering and when it arrived it was a size smaller which I didn't notice as I have an English Labrador but they are slightly smaller in size. Personally if I were a seller I would clearly mention the dog breed to make ordering easy, just like buying shoes there are size charts for US, UK and Europe. The same rule should apply when buying dog accessories and as I live in a different country, returns or exchanges are not possible. Good quality material, not exactly for cold weather and yes it is reversible, British style but requires an 02 waist strap to hold on to if it slips when rolling around the garden.
