I have purchased a couple waist trainers and they all have said true size, but let me tell you this one here is honestly TRUE SIZE. I love the fact that when I put it on it doesn't feel like I am out of breath but still it fits tight enough to where I know it's working. I like that I can sit down and get up with ease and it doesn't move. I like the breathable material and it doesn't sweat or make me feel hot underneath other than shaping me hot :). It is very low cost for a very awesome product. I can't wait to see my ending results because although I have only worn it a few days, with it on I can see how it will shape my waist in the long use goal.
