Do not buy this phone despite its easy to use, has many bugs and is out of warranty. The buttons get stuck and now there is a loose wire so I can't even use it because it pops in and out. I don't have enough money to buy a new one. Update 8/22/2013 After I posted this review the company contacted me and said they would replace it in a year. I just had to send it back. I love this phone, I was just sad because it was off. It has some nice features: 1. You can store MANY numbers ie. Pharmacy, family, doctors, schools2. It has a mute button. So when my husband is working from home and on conference calls and my kids are screaming, he can mute and I can let them go. It has speakerphone so if my kids and I all want to listen to a family member who lives quite a way away or when I'm hanging out with company I can still finish cooking dinner. 4. The headset is comfortable.5. It's not wireless, so we can still use it when the power goes out. Since it's not cordless, my youngest son who is autistic also doesn't pick up the phone and throw it in the toilet because it's on a cord. It has redial function.7. He has caller ID! So when my mother or mother-in-law calls me to talk about why my child shouldn't be eating peanut butter because pesticides will either kill them or cause early puberty, I don't have to answer. The caller ID display can be tilted so you can see the display perfectly in the middle of the day when the sun is shining brightly. It's also fun to play while on the phone with said mother or mother-in-law.9. It has an easy way to turn the bell on and off so when the kids are asleep and say that mom or mother-in-law keeps calling for peanut butter, knowing you're still giving it to your kids because it's one of the few what you're going to eat, you can ignore the call while you enjoy a glass of good cold milk and a PB-and-J sandwich loaded with pesticides and hormones.10. Last but not least, it comes with a fairly long cable. So if you have to catch a kid smearing peanut butter on a wall and saying mom or mother-in-law is on the phone, you don't get yelled at for hanging up. . Phone! Overall a great phone!
