In general, I liked the device. I tried another brand and it didn't sync. The halo image syncs instantly from my 31ft trailer and from my Silverado 1500 Crew Cab. Image quality is good, recording ability, SD card slot access, and many other factors were much easier. The monitor software is the same for all brands, probably an OEM version. It's a sharper image than the previous brand I tried, even at low resolution. It was a pleasant surprise. I can recommend this system. I've had it for a year now and I had a problem. The infrared lights no longer turn on. Since my warranty has expired, I have to do the troubleshooting myself. This is the reason for the rating 4 instead of 5.
