I was looking for some essential oils to help with stress relief. This one looked pretty good to me as it had an oil for sleeping as well. I decided to try it out and I'm completely satisfied!There are three scents.-The Calm Mind oil does exactly what it says. It has a pleasant scent and calms my nerves. It also helps me with headaches.-The Immunity one smells nice and has a bit of a zing. It is an eye opener so it is great for keeping focus and staying awake if I have to study.-The Sweet Dreams one had a lighter scent than the other two. It smelled like a light flower. I was a bit off put by it as it seemed a bit weak. However, I tried it out and the lighter scent is just what I needed before bed. It was the right amount of strength. It did a great job of putting me in a state of deep relaxation.
