When my son and his family from New York visit us here by the lake in Virginia, he practically lives on our dock. In fact, he once slept through the night in our deck boat on the lift. It was easy to use as it mapped the bottom of the lake with accurate depth readings, bush locations and fish. After 16 years of fishing from our dock, my son and his boys now have a great new tool that will make visiting grandparents by the lake even more enjoyable. I almost bought a fish finder that works with cell phones, but then I realized that damaging an expensive cell phone wasn't a good idea. This Lucky handheld fish finder has a strap, is durable, waterproof, and good value, while my son's phone is neither.
