I misread it somewhere and thought it was 100% cotton but it's 0% cotton instead.
For the price I was expecting 100% cotton but it is exactly the same material as the cover that comes with the pillow. maybe I misread it somewhere. But I think when it comes to pregnancy pillows, one should at least consider using a natural material.
