This is a well made fake. I've only used it once and it worked very well. One star because it's not real CHI and I thought I'd buy a real one. He did, however, pull off some beautiful curls. Signs of Fake CII It doesn't have a GFI connector like most hair dryers. It's just a regular plug. Like a lamp. It has no "CHI" at the base of the cord. There is no warning engraved on the wand's handle.
