I have severe vision problems because I write reports on my computer every day. So I needed something to reduce blue light exposure. The item arrived in very secure packaging. I would say it was a little overkill and the company could probably save money if they reduced the hardness of the board. In any case, the film was indescribable. The instructions were minimal and useless. I didn't know what to do with those "guidelines" that they contained. I finally found out and I had all these blisters on the floor. I've done my best to get rid of them, but they're still there. I don't care, they don't affect its use. The screen just doesn't look that great when not in use. I think it helps. It's difficult to say. I still have a headache but I think it reduced my glare.
