Even though the codecs in headphones and on the phone are unable to transmit as much data wirelessly, the difference can still be heard; in comparison with music, the sound is more detailed and seems cleaner. This feature of Apple Music took me by surprise. Although I am aware that AirPods are not high-fidelity headphones and that, for the same money, it is possible to find headphones that are superior in every way other than their level of integration into the Apple ecosystem, I find that using AirPods as a device gives me extremely happy feelings. Because I believe that this particular model is highly successful, I decided not to wait for the ate before purchasing it.
