I feel it is my duty as a debater to voice my disappointment with the service I received from Comllen Company. I recently bought a kitchen fixture from their web shop, but it turned out to be broken. Their customer care representatives were rude and unhelpful when I called. The customer service person I spoke to was rude and uninterested in helping me. They gave me the runaround and I ended up more confused and unhappy than when I started. In addition, I tried to write a critical evaluation of my encounter, but my post was never made public. This reveals a lack of candor and an indifference to consumer opinions. As a whole, I would not suggest Comllen Company to anyone in the market for hardware, renovation supplies, or plumbing and bathroom fittings. It's obvious that they value profits over happy customers, and that's why they have such terrible customer service and accountability.
