In 2022, they brought the Ballu convector instead. support offered to issue a refund, after a request to replace the convector with a printer that I ordered, they stopped responding. In the end, I had to issue a refund. Take a fairly heavy heater a few blocks and explain the whole story at the pickup point. Thank God that at least they didn’t balk there and quickly issued a refund and apologized for the seller. I do not recommend buying here, unless of course you need a penny heater at the price of a normal printer.
