Review on Zizo IPhone 8 Case/IPhone 7 Case [Bolt Series] W/ [IPhone 8 Screen Protector ] Kickstand [12 Ft by Raymundo Miller

I read the reviews and decided to try this case. Good reviews and my daughter loves the color blue. It seemed perfect when I took it out of the box, strong, durable, well made until my daughter dropped her phone with a case on it a week later. Thank god I put tempered glass on the phone. I replaced it and put another tempered glass back in a few days later. Only six tempered glass spares. I requested a refund knowing it wasn't Prime even though the website says Prime under the price. I called Prime and the rep told me I was wrong even though I told her it said Prime. I called at 12:43pm on February 4th. I don't know who I spoke to but I'm really happy because she told me that I have to pay for my return. So now I've run out of $17.99 and I think it was a free return with Prime. Remember that I have been a core member for many years. I can't use this product, it doesn't work! Be careful, just because it says "Prime" doesn't mean you'll get your money back.
