Can't update software

Haven't been able to use much so far. I need to update the software so I can reset the brakes. We have contacted the company, but the matter has not yet entered the computer. Hope I can use it soon. Update: I do not recommend this device as I am still unable to update the software to take advantage of some of the features on offer. Would return it if I knew what I know now
