These watercolor brushes hold the water and color so well. I am always looking for a good brush that won't cost a lot to replace if my littles destroy them. These are mostly affordable. They present well, but the heads only have a very slight size difference. If you are wanting more of a fine head, these are not the way to go. The points are fine with a light touch, which I have, but if you are an artist with a heavier hand, these are not for you in way of getting fine details. The first box was damaged inside the packaging and missing a brush, but the replacement came within days and perfectly fine. I am overall pleased with the brushed. I have used several times. They compare well with my more expensive brushes and far outweigh my super cheap brushes I started out with. The bristles/hair isn't too thick which is nice. I have had bristles too thick where almost too much water is held.
