Faster and Better than Wire Nuts

Not as cheap to purchase as a wire nut, but connecting is faster than wire nuts, the snap provides much more positive feed back that a secure contact is complete than a wire nut, requires fewer tools, and you can do ½ the connectivity work while still on the ground. When your time, safety and convenience is included they are cheaper than wire nuts.

Pros

Good for splicing small gage wire. Easy to hook up and disconnect.

Cons

The small size of the connectors could make them difficult to work with for those with poor eyesight
