I like that it integrates with our other applications, so we can have all of our communication in one place. It's easy to use as well! The price is fair enough, but you do get what you pay for with this platform. They're constantly adding new features which makes me very happy! We love using it because everything is centralized in one location. Also, they are always updating their apps and making them better every month. Having an easier way to communicate internally has been great too! Not much at this point. There aren't really any downsides either. Take advantage of this program if you need something reliable or simple. Emailing internal teams takes up more resources than necessary these days. This helps us keep track of who needs what without having multiple emails flying around.
