During boot the motherboard rebooted a few times before going into POST mode. Standard memory timings were used to install Windows 10. The error message is: BlInitializeLibrary Failed 0xc0000017. The memory timings have been lowered to 2100 MHz, the latency is 20-24-24-44-72 at 1.30 volts. Everything is fine when installing drivers and updating Windows. Some stability tests were run and all failed when the application started and the computer froze or shut down and then froze on reboot. The computer freezes in the BIOS menu. After restarting, the system showed a blue screen when starting Windows. BSOD after BSOD. I did the troubleshooting and replaced each part to find the cause of the errors. BIOS updated to the latest version. The motherboard and CPU are the only components that have not been replaced with known working parts. This motherboard is cheap for a reason. Looks like they threw him out the door. I believe a BIOS update could potentially fix some of these issues, but they aren't available yet, so this motherboard is coming back for something better.
