5 stars for excellent customer service and 5 stars for a well made inverter as advertised. However, my app was a little more cumbersome than the device the device was designed for (which the seller warned me about, but he suggested I try just to be sure), so it turned out I couldn't use it. No diss to the inverter. This is a well made car! Just an annoyance! Standby current/no load power was a bit high in my opinion. 20 watts per hour. 24 hours a day, of course, especially when the fridge is running, which is down 75% of the 24 hour day. a lot of wasted battery/Ah!
