Something different. Don't overcook them. Apply some lubricant to the 8mm diameter chrome rod. Slide the bearings onto the rod while rotating them. Grease collects on both ends of the bar. Wipe off excess fat. Repeat this process until the bearings fall onto the bar by gravity, with the bar in a vertical position. Repeat for all bearings.
