I love my bag! It's a good size and well made. Shoulder bag could be a bit bigger. My iPhone 11 fits in my pocket but I can't close the velcro flap. Also, the button came loose, but that's my fault because I got caught on something. I still use a travel size hand sanitizer loop with a carabiner. I get compliments all the time. I have four children ranging from toddlers to teenagers. The pocket is big enough to fit a couple of diapers and a bag of tissues, my wallet and sunglass case, a couple of water bottles, a snack and all that other crap my older kids don't want to carry and sneak in as wallet moms. . For example hair ties, cell phones, books... whole hoodies! And there are many more places! Except it gets a little heavy at this point lol! The bag is not only charming but also very functional. I always say function over form.
