This unit comes with no instructions and no Polaris customer service unless you wish to wait for an email response. Once you understand how the system works, you can install the device. Just don't rely on Polaris support. Also, you only get one remote control. So if you lose them, there is no replacement. Yes, you need to buy another complete set, which is unacceptable.
