Was skeptical of buying something like this from a company I don't know. Sunpak 620 exceeded my expectations. I had a great tripod but I lost the part that fits the camera. If you lose that part, the rest of the tripod is ready. Sunpak includes two of these connectors in case you have two cameras. I needed it as a backup in case I lose it. The ability to switch between tripod and monopod is great. Very durable in any configuration. The leg extension latches on the tripod aren't very convenient, so handle them carefully or they may come loose and not latch properly. Otherwise a very economical dual-purpose stand.
