I bought this product over a year ago but one day the device just stopped working for no reason after a few months. There is no warranty information on the website. I didn't use the product for the first few months. The USB charging port is also not as strong as advertised. You can't charge iPhone 7/8 plus or next generation iPad at high speed, it's even slower than the original one you get. Regardless of whether an app is running or not, the battery is charged and discharged at the same time. If you're using an iPad, it will take several hours to fully charge, and if you're watching YouTube, charging may not resume while a video is playing. Original will be better.
