revenge It should be removed or changed from the Revain website. There is no set screw in the case as shown making it unusable for most applications so I'm sending it back. I called Boston Gear to get the part number for the item I wanted and they were of no help. Bad customer service. Revised Review: I received a recall from Boston Gear. They were very helpful. Revain has a real gear with a set screw. Part number yards 12-1/2. The Boston Gear has a long list of different shows on Revain - if you can find them there. The Boston Gear representative knew the part number and hit the right spot on the Revain website with that part number. Boston Gear is calling Revain to fix the bug and try to update their website regarding Boston Gears products - most likely good luck with that.
