Not sure if it broke before delivery or during delivery, but the part was broken when I took it out of the box. Now that everything is very painful, I had to repackage the product, print a return label and drive 20 minutes to the nearest UPS store. Doesn't seem like much, does it? Well, for a 100% disabled veteran who is in pain just moving around my house, that's a big deal. Kind of defeats the purpose of ordering the parts. In fact, I had to swim past an auto parts store to get to the UPS store. I guess I should have gone straight there.
