I'm 6190 with a 33" waist but thanks to squats and CrossFit I have big quads and a big butt. fit comfortably (I have another medium sized pair, still fits well but tighter and I think the hemline will stretch and show through a bit). So personal preference comes down to how much compression you want. I've used them for both CrossFit and CrossFit. hot yoga You will not be bullied or crazy.
