Pros: Non-irritating, neutral scent, thick texture (a lot of matteifying products are super runny, and this isn’t). I didn’t have any issues with clogged pores or dry skin while using this. A little goes a long way.Cons: The matter effect didn’t last very long before my skin was shiny again. The cream has an oily feeling to it that I found a real turn-off while applying it to my face. It was just a deeply unpleasant sensory experience. I have naturally oily skin and this seemed to exacerbate that rather than control it like other matteifying products. My face felt like it needed to be washed again sooner than usual.I could see this product being really good as a primer under heavy cosmetics, such as theatrical makeup, that tend to be harder to remove and cause a lot of pore blockage. I’m holding onto it for this purpose, because I need that sort of thing a few times a year. However, I can not recommend it as a daily product if you have oily skin or any kind of sensory preferences for face products.
