I like the material these bowls are made of. These are solid, durable shells. My expectations of how cool the bowls would stay were too high. They don't get hot at all compared to glass and yet not as hot as plastic. So I'm happy with them. I packed my wife's lunch and it was pasta and meatballs, the ultimate test of how easy they are to peel. She brought it back and it was bold as you would expect. Cleaning was easy, no grease left and no stains on it. It's always a great bonus. All of our plastic storage containers are sauce colored. Well, now we have special storage containers and bowls for pasta that don't get as hot as they do and don't get as dirty as they do. The colors are pretty cool. They obviously don't match anything we have and I thought that might be a problem. Yes, I am one of those people. But after a few weeks they grew.
